LIVE STREAM ADMIN / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a dedicated and highly responsive Full-Time Live Stream Admin / Personal Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently while ensuring our live stream operations run smoothly.

While most daytime tasks can be performed remotely, physical presence is required at night during live stream sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and manage the livestream platform backend system

Provide on-site backend support during live streams (approximately 3–4 hours per session) to ensure smooth operations

Monitor and troubleshoot live stream issues in real-time

Liaise with customers and merchants to manage customer service and after-sales matters

Manage and moderate the company Telegram group

Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as needed

Travel overseas when required for international live stream events

Requirements

Full-time availability

Highly responsive and prompt in communication

Responsible, committed, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working night hours (for live stream sessions)

Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn backend systems

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel overseas when required
