Job Summary

You will assist customers by selling religious items and explaining services clearly. You will support fundraising and festive events, maintain stock and sales counters, and help senior staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Sell religious items such as prayer packages, joss sticks, offerings, amulets, and souvenirs to customers with accuracy and respect
• Communicate service details clearly and politely to devotees and visitors to enhance their experience
• Support and assist in organizing and running fundraising activities and festive events to ensure successful outcomes
• Arrange and replenish stock at sales counters to maintain product availability and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter area to provide a welcoming environment
• Assist senior staff with assigned duties to support overall team efficiency

• Demonstrate friendliness, honesty, and respect in all customer interactions
• Communicate comfortably with devotees and visitors to provide helpful service
• Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and during festivals to meet business needs
