We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer who can independently build, ship and improve real products.

Job Summary

You will work across frontend, backend, databases, AI integrations and cloud deployment.

You will collaborate with product managers, urban planners, designers and customers to turn complex requirements into reliable software. You will also build customer POCs, validate new product ideas and develop successful prototypes into production features.

This role is suited to an engineer who takes ownership, works quickly and can deliver complete solutions without requiring highly detailed instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications.

• Develop intuitive interfaces for land, planning, development and geospatial workflows.

• Design APIs, backend services and data models for complex planning and property data.

• Build AI-powered features using LLMs, agents, retrieval systems and structured data workflows.

• Integrate external datasets, APIs, mapping services and document-processing systems.

• Build functional POCs and prototypes for enterprise and public-sector customers.

• Convert successful prototypes into reliable and scalable production features.

• Work closely with product managers, planners and designers to understand customer requirements.

• Participate in technical workshops, selected client meetings and product demonstrations.

• Improve application performance, security, testing, observability and reliability.

• Make practical technical decisions based on delivery speed, maintainability and customer value.

• Use AI-assisted coding tools effectively while remaining responsible for code quality and final delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and React, Next.js or a similar framework.

• Backend development experience with Python, Node.js or a comparable technology.

• Strong understanding of APIs, relational databases, authentication and cloud deployment.

• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs or AI-powered workflows into software products.

• Ability to take a product from concept to prototype and production deployment.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or similar tools.

• Strong product thinking and ability to work with incomplete or changing requirements.

• Ability to move quickly without compromising security, reliability or maintainability.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Professional-level English.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Supabase or similar technologies.

• Experience building AI agents, RAG systems, document-processing workflows or data platforms.

• Experience with GIS, mapping libraries, spatial databases or geospatial data.

• Experience building enterprise SaaS or workflow software.

• Experience delivering enterprise or public-sector POCs.

• Familiarity with architecture, urban planning, real estate development or the built environment.

• Experience working directly with customers to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues.

• A portfolio of products or applications personally built and deployed.
