Oil & Gas Technical Project Manager (MNC, NORSOK & ASME BPVC)

• Review and interpret customer, project, contractual, and technical requirements for special processes.
• Provide practical technical solutions and guidance in line with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements.
• Develop and update project-specific procedures and requirements covering welding, coating, heat treatment, material testing, NDE, and other special processes.
• Coordinate technical clarifications and documentation with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing facilities.
• Support project execution, document approval, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote safety, quality, teamwork, and customer focus.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in special processes within the oil & gas, energy, industrial, or related sectors, including welding, coating, heat treatment, casting, material testing, or NDE.
• Strong knowledge of ASME BPVC Sections II, V, VIII, and IX, with working knowledge of NORSOK M-501.
• Familiarity with IOGP S-563, S-705, and S-715 is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications, codes, standards, and customer requirements.
• Experience developing or improving technical procedures, specifications, and process documentation.
