Japanese Speaking Equity Corporate Access Executive

◆Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and execute corporate access programmes, including corporate roadshows, investor travel programmes, group meetings, conferences, thematic events, and company or site visits.
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including scheduling, attendee management, venue arrangements, travel coordination, and preparation of event materials.
• Collaborate with sales, research, trading, and compliance teams to align corporate access opportunities with client demand and market activity.
• Serve as a key point of contact for corporate access-related requests from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand corporate access activities.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, client interactions, event attendance, and pipeline activities.
• Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities relevant to corporate access functions.
• Ensure all corporate access activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

◆Requirements:

[Must Have]

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in corporate access, equity sales support, investor relations, event management, client coverage, or a related function within financial services.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Experience supporting or managing relationships with Japanese corporate clients.
• Experience organising, coordinating, or supporting conferences, investor events, roadshows, or similar corporate events.
• Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work independently in a lean and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders across Singapore and Hong Kong.

• Experience working within a Japanese corporate environment.
• Experience in travel coordination, event planning, hospitality, or vendor management.
