Our niche: Interior Designers, Architects, Furniture Suppliers, Personal Branding. Platforms we manage: IG, FB, TikTok, YT.

Most social media jobs are calendar management with a nice title. Posts go out, the calendar is full, nobody asks whether anything grew.

This one is judged on growth. You decide what gets made based on what is performing. We have a full creative team, so you're not designing or editing. You're deciding.

What you'll do

• Strategy — build the content direction for each account with the consultant who owns the client. They bring the commercial context. You decide what gets made and why.
• Performance — own the organic result. Reach, page growth, enquiries. Read the data weekly and change direction on evidence, not at month end.
• Visual direction — hold the standard. A feed should read as one brand, not a run of unrelated posts. Reject work that meets the brief but misses the bar.
• Briefs & calendar — write briefs the creative team can execute without follow-up. Keep the pipeline moving.
• Copywriting — captions in the client's voice, not a house voice. Hooks and on-creative text for the creative team.
• Shoot scheduling — coordinate client and production team so shoot days happen when they're supposed to.
• Client groupchats — you're the point of contact. Fast replies, no dropped threads.

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years running social media accounts, client-facing
• Mandarin & English
• You've grown an account you owned, and you can show the numbers
• You can read native analytics and change direction from what you see
• Taste. Two versions in front of you, you can say which is better and why.
• You can push back on a salesperson with reasoning, not just opinion
• WhatsApp fluent — you reply fast

Don't apply if

• You measure your work in posts published. Nobody here cares how full the calendar was.
• You need chasing. If we have to ask, it's already late.
• You can't defend a creative call. This role says no to work, and has to explain why.
