We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and dedicated Infant Care Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: Rotational
Working Location: Eunos
Benefits: PB + Yearly Increments + Medical
Gross Salary: Up to $3900 (Basic up to $3600)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive caregiving and ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of infants aged 2–18 months
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning and sensory activities to support early development
- Monitor and document infants’ progress, development milestones, and daily routines
- Build trusting relationships with parents through regular updates and communication
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment in line with ECDA guidelines
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators and support staff
Requirements
- Required to have HCIC or ACEY
- LON - EY1 or EY2
- Registered with ECDA (or eligible for registration)
- Passionate about working with infants and early childhood development
- Patient, caring, and responsible with good communication skills
- Prior experience in infant care is an advantage
