IAM (Identity & Access Management) / Cybersecurity Consultant (SailPoint | Ping Identity)

Salary Range: SGD 8,000 – 11,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an IAM Consultant to design, implement, integrate, and operate enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions.

The role covers the full IAM delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, architects, project teams, and technology stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business, security, and technical requirements for IAM initiatives and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Design and implement IAM solutions using platforms such as SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), and Ping Identity.
• Configure identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, approval workflows, and role-based access controls.
• Implement and integrate authentication, authorisation, SSO, federation, and identity management solutions.
• Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support, root-cause analysis, system enhancements, upgrades, and operational improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, test plans, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure IAM solutions comply with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity, including Ping AM and PingDS.
• Experience delivering IAM projects from requirements gathering through implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of: Identity lifecycle management Access provisioning and deprovisioning Access governance and certification RBACSSO and identity federation Authentication and authorisation LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
