Clinic Assistant (Eyecare clinic)

- Work time: Mon – Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm and Sat: 8:30am to 1pm | 5.5 days

- Provide frontline customer service and perform patients’ registration at the counter
- Handle phone calls and inquiries
- Assist in scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
- Dispense of medications
- Liaise with patients and family members and educate on follow up
- Handle payment collection and basic administrative duties
- Assist the doctor in clinical tests and minor procedures (training will be provided)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- 1 year experience as a Clinic Assistant
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills
- Computer literate – good with excel and software
