Full Stack Engineer - #1658

Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable, and high-quality full-stack applications across frontend and backend.
Establish and drive adoption of software engineering standards and best practices, covering code quality, testing, security, CI/CD and production readiness.
Conduct technical and code reviews and drive improvements in software quality, maintainability and developer productivity.
Drive adoption of AI-DLC, including appropriate practices and guardrails for AI-assisted development throughout the SDLC.
Develop reusable engineering guidelines, patterns and quality gates to improve consistency across development teams.
Mentor developers, facilitate technical knowledge sharing and improve engineering capability and maturity.

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development, including modern frontend and backend technologies, APIs and database integration.
Strong knowledge of software design, Git, automated testing, CI/CD and secure development practices.
Experience with cloud platforms, containerisation and application observability.
Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, engineering best-practice adoption and developer mentoring.
Practical experience with AI-assisted software development and AI-DLC practices.
Strong communication and influencing skills.

Hands-on experience with AWS, GitLab CI/CD and Kubernetes/EKS.
Experience implementing automated engineering quality or security gates within CI/CD pipelines
