Working hours: 44hrs (Rotate Shift) Operation hours 10am – 10pm
Location: Orchard
Salary: $2500 - $3500 (depend on exp) , No commission
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product recommendations.
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Replenish and arrange stock on shelves.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well displayed.
- Support promotional events and in-store marketing activities.
- Assist with stock receiving and stocktaking.
- Work with the store team to achieve sales targets.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
