Quality Assurance Specialist, Warehouse Operations 007

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality management processes within warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure adherence to established quality procedures and work instructions.
• Review and update quality documentation, procedures, and records in alignment with corporate Quality requirements.
• Conduct inbound, outbound, and inventory quality inspections.
• Verify product condition, labelling, packaging, and storage requirements.
• Identify and report quality issues, non-conformities, and process deviations.
• Ensure proper segregation and disposition of damaged, expired, or non-conforming products.
• Support compliance with ISO standards, GDP, GMP, and customer-specific requirements, where applicable.
• Monitor quality KPIs and operational compliance metrics.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
• Track corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain quality records and audit documentation.
• Conduct quality awareness and SOP training for warehouse personnel.
• Provide guidance to operational teams on quality requirements and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve process effectiveness and reduce quality-related issues.
• Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Knowledge or experience with ISO 9001, GDP, GMP, or other regulated environments will be an advantage.
• Experience in conducting audits, quality inspections, investigations, or corrective actions is preferred.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with operational teams and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a warehouse environment.
