Database Administrator (SQL)

• 5+ years of experience as a MySQL and MSSQL Database Administrator

• Solid understanding of SQL scripting and stored procedures

• Strong experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and index management.

• Experience using Azure SQL Instances preferred.

• Manage and troubleshoot issues in both Managed and Unmanaged Azure SQL databases.

• Experience in administering SQL Server in both Microsoft Azure and on-premises environments.

• Implement database security, backups, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.

• Conduct root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions for database issues.

• Solid understanding of backup strategies, disaster recovery, and high availability.
