Job Summary

BlueDoor Barbers is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Barber/Hairdresser with a minimum of 8 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in modern and traditional barbering techniques (including cut, shave, beard trim, perm, color, etc.), dedicated to delivering exceptional grooming services, and capable of mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities

• Apply advanced modern and traditional barbering techniques such as cutting, shaving, beard trimming, perming, and coloring to deliver high-quality grooming services
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their barbering skills and professional development
• Engage clients with clear, professional communication to understand their grooming needs and provide personalized service
• Maintain a professional demeanor and reliability to ensure consistent, excellent customer experiences
• Adapt work schedule and tasks flexibly to meet client demands and support team operations
• Contribute to a welcoming and refined atmosphere that aligns with BlueDoor Barbers’ focus on excellence and customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a professional barbershop environment with a regular customer base, ideally in Singapore
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a positive team culture
