Centre Manager / Programme Manager - Social Service / Welfare home
- Salary: $5,000 - $7,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
- Working Location: Eunos Crescent
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organisation’s overall strategies
- Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services
- Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework
- Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centre’s objectives
- Co-develop service strategies and policies for community-based services with Senior Manager
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre
- Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets
- Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Social Services or related fields
- Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in programme planning, community engagement, or eldercare services
- Prior supervisory experience will be an advantage
