Job Summary

Engage customers face-to-face to represent consumer brands at events, understand their needs, present suitable products, handle questions and objections, and work towards sales targets with structured training and coaching provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly at events to build rapport and identify their needs for effective product matching
• Represent consumer brands professionally during events and roadshows to enhance brand image
• Present products clearly and align features with customer requirements to support informed purchasing decisions
• Address customer questions and objections effectively to facilitate successful sales outcomes
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets to drive business growth
• Participate actively in structured sales training and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
• Develop communication skills through real-world customer interactions to enhance engagement quality
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat engagement and loyalty
• Grow confidence and leadership abilities through ongoing support and performance feedback to prepare for future roles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• No direct sales experience required
• Fresh graduates are welcome
