Site Manager

- Manage and supervise all day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the approved programme.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and Main Contractor to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work progress against the approved project schedule and take appropriate action to minimise delays.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project standards.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety requirements, site safety rules, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of construction materials, machinery, tools, lifting equipment, and personal protective equipment.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, manpower records, inspection records, and other required project documentation.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure defects or non-conformities are rectified promptly.
