Product Manager - Medical (Patient Care & Life Support)

SUMMARY

The Product Manager will plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, develop new market opportunities, and build lasting relationships with customers and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve defined sales targets and expand market presence
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase product and service market reach
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with vendors and customers to support sustained business growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with strategic objectives

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biomedical engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of related sales experience within the medical device industry
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
