Patient Care Nurse (AN)

Plan, provide and evaluate nursing care according to patients’ individual needs, medical orders and established hospital policies.

Provide patients and their families with appropriate health education, information and emotional support.

Ensure nursing practices comply with hospital policies, professional nursing standards, clinical procedures and established best practices.

Maintain a safe, therapeutic and supportive environment that promotes patients’ comfort, dignity and well-being.

Keep the Senior Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager and attending doctor informed of patients’ conditions, treatment plans, nursing interventions and outcomes.

Supervise, guide and mentor new and junior nursing staff to support their professional development and promote effective teamwork.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support safe and coordinated patient care.
