Consumer Finance Consultant (Credit Cards + Personal Loans)

The Portfolio Sales Team is an established telesales team that focuses on marketing credit cards, cash advances, personal loans and balance transfer unsecured facilities.

Package: Basic monthly + Uncapped commissions + Performance Bonuses

Job Description

• Primary focus of sales acquisition is to make outbound calls to existing customers through assigned leads to acquire new unsecured loan sales.
• Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to service customers.
• Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.
• Follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
• 5 days’ work week, with overtime applicable whenever required by Management.

• Relevant sales experience preferred.
• Energetic and proactive personality.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly motivated to build a career in banking sales.
• Minimum N-Level qualification and above.
• Highly sales-driven to achieve sales targets and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently in a team-oriented environment.

Working Hours and Location

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break).
• Overtime, if applicable: Monday to Friday, 7:15pm to 8:30pm.
• Overtime, if applicable: Saturday, 10:00am to 2:00pm.
• Working location: Novena.
