Job Summary

Lead and manage branch operations in Singapore to achieve market growth and profitability targets. Develop and execute business strategies, foster team collaboration, and maintain key customer and partner relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities in Singapore to ensure efficient branch performance
• Develop and implement short-term and long-range business plans and budgets aligned with corporate and regional goals
• Design and execute business development strategies including product launches, market share growth, pricing, distributor selection, customer support, sales, and marketing to achieve profitability targets
• Lead and motivate employees to collaborate effectively and exceed branch business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company requirements for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning
• Implement business policies, guidelines, and development plans as directed by senior leadership
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, potential clients, local government agencies, and strategic dealer partners
• Optimize branch organizational structure and manage employee lifecycle processes
• Promote and enforce company quality and safety policies and guidelines within the branch
• Adhere to company safety policies, processes, and work instructions, fulfilling all safety responsibilities as per the safety manual
• Perform additional tasks assigned by senior leadership
