Operations Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise daily construction site activities and coordinate manpower deployment.

• Allocate work to teams and monitor progress against project schedules.

• Liaise with clients, site managers and subcontractors on operational requirements.

• Ensure work follows project specifications, quality standards and workplace safety procedures.

• Maintain attendance, deployment and daily progress records, and report issues to management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in construction site operations and workforce supervision.

• Knowledge of construction processes and workplace safety requirements.

• Good leadership, planning and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and daily reporting.
