Senior HR Executive/ Assistant Manager (Central/ Up to $5,500)

Lead full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple business units or outlets
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver hiring outcomes
Supervise and guide junior recruiters to improve team performance
Monitor recruitment KPIs and implement strategies to enhance hiring efficiency
Manage onboarding, confirmation and employee lifecycle processes
Administer employment contracts, documentation, and offboarding procedures
Ensure compliance with Employment Act regulations and statutory requirements
Support work pass administration and expatriate-related matters
Maintain HR reports, manpower planning data, and HRIS records
Assist with payroll coordination and provide operational backup when required

Diploma in HR or equivalent with at least 5 years of full spectrum of HR
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within high-volume industries
Experience in Retail/ F&B industry is preferred.
Experience managing recruitment across multiple outlets or business units
Prior experience supervising or guiding junior recruiters
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass processes
Experience in HR operations including onboarding, lifecycle management, and contract administration
Familiarity with HR reporting, manpower planning, and HRIS systems
Payroll knowledge is an added advantage
