Structural Manager (C&S, technical team)

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Structural/C&S Manager to join our Technical Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing structural design, coordination, and construction activities, ensuring the successful delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality construction projects.

Work location: new project in the Central area, with temporary stationing near Clementi

Key Responsibilities

Structural Design & Review

• Review and approve structural drawings, calculations and technical specifications
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards and project requirements
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies, structural conflicts and constructability issues

Project Coordination & Management

• Coordinate structural works with architectural, MEP and other disciplines
• Plan and monitor structural construction sequences, schedules and resource allocation
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors

Quality & Compliance

• Implement quality control procedures for structural works
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify workmanship and adherence to design

Team Leadership & Support

• Lead and mentor structural engineers, coordinators, and site personnel
• Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions
• Support value engineering, risk assessment, and problem-solving initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction projects, with experience in residential or mixed-development projects preferred
• Proven experience in managing structural design and construction teams
