Job Summary

LASH & LACQUER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Beauty Consultant to provide professional nail art, eyelash extension and facial treatment services, while developing strong customer relationships and promoting the company's beauty service packages.

The successful candidate will combine practical beauty treatment skills with customer consultation, relationship management and sales capabilities to deliver personalised beauty experiences, encourage repeat business and support the company's business development objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty services, including manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, customised nail art and creative nail designs tailored to customers' preferences and requirements.

• Perform eyelash extension services, including customised lash styles to complement individual facial features and customer expectations.

• Provide facial treatments and skincare services according to customers' needs and established treatment procedures.

• Consult and communicate effectively with customers to understand their beauty preferences, treatment objectives and service expectations.

• Provide personalised beauty consultations and recommend suitable treatments and service combinations based on individual customer needs and budgets.

• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through attentive service, personalised recommendations and regular follow-ups.

• Maintain customer profiles and treatment records, where appropriate, to support personalised services and consistent customer experiences.

• Promote and sell the company's beauty treatment packages, service bundles and other relevant beauty services to existing and prospective customers.

• Explain the features, benefits, pricing and terms of service packages clearly to customers and recommend appropriate options based on their needs.

• Develop customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits, package renewals, referrals and long-term customer engagement.

• Support sales performance and business development through effective customer relationship management and professional service recommendations.

• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for beauty tools, equipment and treatment areas to ensure customer safety and service quality.

• Keep up to date with current beauty trends, nail art techniques, eyelash extension styles, facial treatments and new beauty service developments.

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally and work towards maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations and uphold the company's professional service standards.

Required Competencies and Certifications

• Relevant professional certification or training in beauty services is preferred.

• Relevant hands-on experience in nail art, eyelash extensions and facial treatments.

• Good practical skills and attention to detail in performing beauty treatments.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer consultation skills.

• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and understand individual customer needs.

• Ability to promote beauty services and sell treatment packages through professional, customer-oriented recommendations.

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene, workplace cleanliness and customer service.

• Responsible, professional and able to work independently as well as within a team.
