ServiceNow Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager with at least 8+ years of strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network operations, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ESM onboarding for network and infrastructure assets.

• Manage ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB validation.

• Oversee network device onboarding, CI reconciliation and data quality.

• Coordinate with Network Operations, Infrastructure and Security teams.

• Drive delivery plans, stakeholder management, risk tracking and service improvement.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and the CMDB.

• Strong understanding of networking, including routing, switching, firewalls and LAN/WAN.

• Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting is an advantage.

• Strong delivery management, stakeholder coordination and ITIL/ITSM knowledge.

• Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
