Job Title: Senior Aircon Technician

Job Description & Responsibilities

1. Perform air-conditioning servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works for residential and commercial properties.

2. Carry out chemical overhaul, aircon installation, dismantling and replacement works.

3. Diagnose air-conditioning faults, including refrigerant leaks, compressor issues, electrical faults and drainage problems.

4. Perform refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming and system performance checks when required.

5. Handle installation and replacement of copper piping, drainage piping and other air-conditioning components.

6. Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally and according to company standards.

7. Explain technical issues and recommend suitable solutions to customers.

8. Supervise and guide junior technicians when necessary.

9. Ensure proper care of tools, equipment and company property.

10. Maintain good customer service and a clean, tidy working environment.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning servicing, maintenance, installation and repair.

• Strong knowledge of air-conditioning systems, electrical components and troubleshooting methods.

• Able to work independently and lead a team when required.

• Responsible, hardworking, punctual and willing to learn.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customers.

• Able to work at different job sites in Singapore.

• Possess relevant technical qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.

• Valid Singapore driving licence will be an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.

• Work location: Various sites in Singapore.

• Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and technical skills.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
