Massage Therapist

Provide professional body massage, foot reflexology and other wellness treatments within your training and experience.

Discuss customers’ needs, preferred pressure and relevant health conditions before each treatment.

Adjust massage techniques to ensure customer comfort and stop treatment if discomfort or safety concerns arise.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, beds, towels, equipment and work areas.

Deliver friendly, attentive customer service while respecting customer privacy and professional boundaries.

Explain available services and packages accurately and recommend suitable options without pressuring customers.

Assist with treatment preparation, stock checks and daily outlet duties.

Follow company procedures, hygiene standards and service guidelines.

Previous experience in body massage or foot reflexology preferred.

Relevant massage, reflexology or wellness certification is an advantage.

Knowledge of massage techniques, hygiene practices and situations where massage should be avoided.

Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Professional, reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team.

Physically able to perform massage treatments safely.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Willing to learn additional treatments and follow company service standards.
