Job Summary

Deliver professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) massage therapy tailored to individual client needs, fostering client comfort and wellness through expert treatment design, education, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional TCM massage therapy sessions to promote client wellness and relaxation
• Design customized massage sessions based on individual client assessments to address specific needs
• Ensure client comfort and safety throughout each massage session
• Maintain a clean, relaxing, and comfortable treatment environment to enhance client experience
• Educate clients on the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy as part of their overall care
• Keep accurate and detailed records of treatments provided to support client progress and compliance
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety standards
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty

Required competencies and certifications

• Certification from an accredited school of massage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven work experience as a TCM Massage Therapist
• Knowledge of various massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, TUINA
• Excellent customer service skills demonstrated through client interactions
• Ability to assess client needs and preferences to provide appropriate treatments
• Understanding of health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
