System Administrator (6 months contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working with multi-tier application (Java Plaftorm)
• Configure and support middleware, APIs, messaging systems, and file-based interfaces.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, data flow failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams during implementation and support activities.
• Manage end-to-end integration testing, including SIT and UAT support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 3 - 8 years of experience in system administration, application support, middleware administration, or system integration.

• System administration and integration of multi-tier Java-based applications.

• Middleware technologies: JBoss and IBM WebSphere.

• REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and IBM MQ.

• File transfer protocols and tools: SFTP, SSH, and Connect:Direct.

• Server firewall configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and user ID/access setup.

• SQL and database technologies: Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Linux/Unix commands, shell scripting, and basic Windows Server administration.

• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline support.

• System integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production troubleshooting.

• Experience with co-location setups and cross-country rollouts for real-time, low-latency applications.

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
