Plan and manage online campaigns across multiple channels, including promotions, flash sales, livestreams and email marketing
Monitor campaigns and review their performance after launch
Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, product catalogues, campaign plans, sales targets and inventory
Analyse customers’ online shopping behaviour and provide insights to support customer engagement and development
Manage online marketplaces and oversee the customer journey across e-commerce platforms
Work with creative agencies and e-commerce vendors to develop campaign materials that follow brand guidelines
Provide copywriting support for marketing materials
Explore new features and functions to improve the direct-to-consumer (D2C) online shopping experience
Track key e-commerce metrics, including website traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate and average order value, and identify areas for improvement
Manage campaign pricing across online platforms
Handle accounts payable and receivable, returns and customer enquiries
Manage chatbot responses and ensure customer enquiries are attended to promptly
Oversee monthly sales, inventory and purchasing activities
Perform other related duties as assigned

Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
4–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales or digital marketing
Experience in the consumer electronics, home appliances, consumer technology or online retail industry is preferred
