Responsibilities

Engage customers directly at events to build rapport and understand their needs

Represent consumer brands professionally during events and roadshows

Present products clearly and match them to customer requirements

Address customer questions and objections effectively to facilitate sales

Work consistently towards achieving and exceeding sales targets

Participate actively in structured sales training and coaching sessions

Develop communication skills through real-world customer interactions

Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat engagement

Grow confidence and leadership abilities through ongoing support and performance feedback
