Conservancy Operator

Job Description

• Oversee and execute day-to-day conservancy, estate cleaning, and environmental hygiene maintenance operations.
• Operate specialized cleaning machinery and equipment (e.g., high-pressure water jets, floor scrubbers) safely and effectively.
• Monitor site cleanliness, identify defects/issues, and ensure service delivery aligns with client standards and safety regulations.
• Manage on-site general workers, plan daily cleaning schedules, and deploy resources efficiently.
• Prepare daily routine inspection records, incident logs, and report issues to the management team promptly.

Requirement

• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in estate maintenance, town council conservancy, or commercial cleaning services.
• Familiar with operating high-pressure water jetting tools and general cleaning equipment.
• Willing to work on-site, outdoors, and carry out physical inspections.
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety consciousness, and leadership skills.
