About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and service-orientedPart-Time Customer Service Officer who is seeking a long-term commitment withour company.
Training Requirements
Before commencing regular duties, candidates are required tocomplete 2 days of weekday training, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM .
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, appointment bookings, requests, confirmations, and phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Perform accurate daily data entry for customer and staff records.
- Prepare reports for submission and compilation.
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations.
- Carry out other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Company.
- Prior experience in customer service or a frontline service role.
- Experience in the beauty and wellness industry will be an added advantage.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new digital systems and applications quickly.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Able to commit to the stated working hours on a long-term basis.
