Management Executive

· Negotiate and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

· Analyse, develop, and implement business processes in various countries in Asia with a focus on Vietnam, Malaysia, and Taiwan.

· To ensure competitive pricing and strive for cost reduction through proper checking and monitoring of Purchase Orders.

· To support Vietnam's subsidiaries' corporate insurance renewal process and insurance coverage.

· To evaluate business processes to minimize risk and cost.

· Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.

· Degree in business or accounting.

· Min. 2 years of experience in process management.

· Meticulous, proactive, and dynamic with the ability to work independently and in a team.

· Background/experience in Vietnam is a plus.

· Effective communication and people engagement skills. Fluency in spoken and written Vietnamese is required to communicate directly with local stakeholders in Vietnam.

· Good organizational and analytical skills

· Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong time-management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint

· Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
