Facebook Live Admin

We're a growing online business that sells through Facebook Live. We're looking for a fast, organised and reliable Live Admin to run everything behind the scenes while the host is on camera.

What you'll do

• Watch the live comments and record every order (name, item, size/colour, quantity) quickly and accurately
• Reply to comments and Messenger enquiries during and after the live
• Pin comments, share the live into groups, and remove spam
• Send payment details to customers and check their payments
• Update stock and tell the host right away when an item is sold out
• Prepare products before the live
• Pack orders on packing days
• Send order confirmations and follow up on unpaid orders
• Keep the order spreadsheet up to date for delivery

What we're looking for

• Experience as a live-selling admin, online shop admin or customer service person (preferred)
• Fast and accurate typing, and calm under pressure when comments come in fast
• Comfortable with Facebook Page tools, Messenger, Excel or Google Sheets
• Must understand both English and Chinese (reading and replying to comments in both)
• Honest and able to handle customer payments
• Able to work 5–6 days a week, 6–8 hours a day, including late evenings until 12 midnight

Details

• Location: Singapore only (must be based in Singapore)
• Pay: Fixed basic S$2,000 – S$2,500/month + commission
• Working days: 5–6 days a week
• Working hours: 6–8 hours a day
• Packing days: 12pm – evening
• Live days: about 7pm – 12 midnight
• Packing and live are on separate days. The schedule will be arranged in advance
• Start date: ASAP

工作内容

• 实时查看直播留言，快速准确记录订单（名字、商品、尺寸/颜色、数量）
• 直播期间及之后回复留言和 Messenger 询问
• 置顶留言、分享直播到群组、删除垃圾留言
• 发送付款资料给顾客并核对付款
• 更新库存，商品售罄时立即通知主播
• 直播前准备商品
• 在包装日负责包装订单
• 发送订单确认，跟进未付款订单
• 更新订单表格以便安排配送

要求

• 有直播带货后台、网店管理或客服经验者优先
• 打字快且准确，留言多时也能保持冷静
• 熟悉 Facebook 专页工具、Messenger、Excel 或 Google Sheets
• 必须懂中文和英文（能阅读并回复中英文留言）
• 诚实可靠，能处理顾客付款
• 每周工作 5–6 天，每天 6–8 小时，能配合晚上工作至午夜 12 点

待遇及地点

• 地点：仅限新加坡（必须居住在新加坡）
• 薪资：固定底薪 S$2,000 – S$2,500/月 + 佣金
• 工作天数：每周 5–6 天
• 工作时间：每天 6–8 小时
• 包装日： 中午 12 点至傍晚
• 直播日： 晚上约 7 点至午夜 12 点
• 包装和直播分开不同日子，工作表会提前安排
• 入职时间：尽快
