Construction site Manager

1. Site Supervision: Manage daily construction activities and ensure work progresses according to project plans and specifications.

2. Manpower Management: Coordinate workers, subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors to ensure efficient site operations.

3. Safety Management: Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.

4. Quality Control: Ensure all construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

5. Project Scheduling: Monitor work progress and ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeline.

6. Material and Equipment Management: Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.

7. Coordination: Liaise with the client, consultants, engineers, and relevant authorities regarding site matters.

8. Inspection and Reporting: Attend site inspections, resolve site issues, and prepare daily progress reports.

9. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve site difficulties, delays, and technical issues.

10. Housekeeping: Maintain good site cleanliness, proper storage, and an orderly working environment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry

2. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles

3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example

5. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

6. Familiar with relevant health and safety regulations and able to ensure compliance on-site

7. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
