Senior Registered Nurse (PICC Experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and clinical support to patients.
• Perform intravenous (IV) cannulation and administer IV therapy in accordance with established clinical protocols.
• Manage and care for Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC), including monitoring, dressing changes and maintenance, within the scope of practice.
• Monitor patients' conditions and identify potential complications associated with IV therapy and PICC lines.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients on treatment procedures, line care and relevant aftercare instructions.
• Ensure compliance with infection control measures, patient safety standards and clinical guidelines.
• Work closely with doctors and the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

• Registered Nurse with a valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Relevant nursing experience in IV cannulation is essential.
• Experience in PICC line care and management is highly preferred.
• Competent in venepuncture, IV therapy and related nursing procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and patient-care skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Responsible, meticulous and committed to delivering safe and compassionate patient care.
