BIM Coordinator [SL]

Job Summary

The successful candidate will coordinate technical matters, BIM-related drawing production, quality management activities and site supervision to support the timely and effective execution of project works. The role requires close collaboration with consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, quality requirements and EHS procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Produce, update and maintain drawings using BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, and ensure accurate information is communicated to all relevant parties.
• Monitor drawing production schedules and site progress to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Implement quality management procedures, maintain quality records, analyse inspection results and develop corrective and improvement action plans.
• Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models or drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure BIM standards, modelling requirements and the specified Level of Development (LOD) are followed.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards and EHS requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, quality checks and project handover activities to support customer satisfaction and the achievement of project quality targets, including CONQUAS and applicable Quality Mark (QM) requirements.
• Perform other reasonable project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
