We are hiring Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers for locations in Central and West Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of store productivity, sales plans and forecasts to achieve business targets.
Create a high-energy store environment focused on delivering strong sales and excellent customer service.
Monitor customer service standards and provide regular feedback to improve service behaviours.
Lead, motivate and inspire the retail team to meet and exceed performance standards.
Identify performance gaps and provide focused coaching, development or counselling to team members.
Recognise individual contributions and communicate performance feedback appropriately.
Develop and implement action plans to address key business issues and achieve desired result
Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation and maintenance standards are consistently met.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of store management experience within the retail or fashion industry.
Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire employees to meet and exceed performance standards.
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
People-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
