Job Summary

Perform professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wellness treatments and assess clients’ needs to deliver personalized health advice. Maintain a safe, hygienic environment and build strong client relationships through excellent service and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional TCM wellness treatments including Tuina massage, meridian therapy, lymphatic drainage, herbal heat therapy, cupping, gua sha, and foot reflexology to improve client health outcomes
• Assess clients’ wellness needs to develop and recommend suitable, personalized treatment plans based on TCM principles
• Provide personalized health and wellness advice to clients using holistic TCM approaches
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment to ensure client safety and comfort
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships by delivering excellent service and fostering trust
• Record detailed treatment information and monitor clients’ progress to evaluate treatment effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety regulations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering Traditional Chinese Medicine or wellness therapy treatments
• Strong knowledge of TCM techniques and holistic wellness practices essential for effective treatment delivery
• Excellent massage and therapeutic skills to perform diverse TCM treatments safely and effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills to engage clients and explain treatment plans clearly
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Professional, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude to uphold service quality and client satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant certifications in TCM, massage, or wellness therapies preferred to demonstrate formal training and expertise
