WAREHOUSING MANAGER

1. Inventory and Material Management

Inbound and outbound control: Supervise and ensure that the receipt, acceptance, shelving, picking, shipping, and return/refund processes of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products are carried out accurately.

2. Warehouse Planning and Process Operations

Space and layout planning: Plan the storage locations, stacking methods, and circulation routes of the warehouse based on the attributes of goods and their turnover rates, to increase the utilization of warehouse space.

Establishment of systems and standards: Develop and improve warehouse management systems, operation procedures, and emergency response plans.

3. Cost and Performance Control

Cost budget management: Control various warehouse operation expenses such as loading and unloading, labor, packaging materials, and equipment maintenance, and implement the annual budget.

Efficiency indicator monitoring: Analyze core KPIs such as storage location utilization, order fulfillment timeliness, and average number of tasks handled per person, and continuously optimize the operation process.

4. Team and Safety Management

Personnel allocation and assessment: Be responsible for the recruitment, scheduling, task allocation, training, and performance assessment of the warehouse team.
