Architectural Drafter

Job Description:
- Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings, layout plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD or BIM/Revit.
- Assist Architects and Project Managers in modifying drawings based on project requirements and site condition changes.
- Ensure all drawings comply with Singapore Building Codes, BCA standards, and local authority regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants to resolve technical drafting discrepancies.
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, or related fields.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit software.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting or interior design drawings.
- Able to read and interpret structural/architectural blueprints; good team communication skills.
