• Coordinate and supervise plumbing construction activities to meet project standards and deadlines
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including after regular hours, to support project needs
• Commit to residing in company-provided lodging to ensure availability and team cohesion
• Participate in management interviews to demonstrate qualifications and fit for the role
