STRATEGIC SOURCING MANAGER

About this position

Be part of a diverse Procurement team where we are committed to lead and transform Procurement. Co-design and drive the global IMS strategy and transformation agenda, translating priorities into programs, standards and measurable results across categories and regions.

What you'll do

• Strengthens take holder engagement: Establish a common value framework, standardize business cases and reporting and roll out stakeholder training and NPS measurement with clear follow-up actions.
• Build knowledge and capabilities: Develop a searchable best-practice library, encourage knowledge exchange and establish role-specific learning paths
• Advance strategic procurement priorities: Coordinate demand-management methods, assess AI opportunities, consolidate external benchmarks and track e-sourcing and auction adoption.
• Establish performance transparency: Implement a consistent KPI framework and dashboard covering value, coverage, compliance, cycle time and stakeholder satisfaction, with regular leadership reviews.
• Maintain organizational and digital foundations: Align organization charts, job titles and role descriptions, and govern the IMS HUB on SharePoint as the central information and collaboration platform.
• Develop supplier relationship management & innovation program: Evaluate current practices and propose an IMS-wide approach covering supplier segmentation, governance and innovation tracking
• Report directly to the Head of IMS (CVP) as an individual contributor, leading through expertise, governance and program ownership rather than disciplinary authority.
• Collaborate closely with category and regional leaders, transformation teams and business stakeholders, supported by nominated high-potential employees and interns

What makes you a good fit

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience in global & regional teams
• Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
• Strategy and transformation experience: Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and deliver change across a global organization.
• Strong project and portfolio management: Skilled in prioritization & resource coordination,
• Procurement understanding: Familiarity with category management, demand management, sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Stakeholder leadership and communication: Able to influence without formal authority, align senior stakeholders and explain complex topics clearly.
• Analytical and digital capability: Comfortable defining KPIs, assessing business value and applying AI and collaboration tools to improve processes.
• Capability-building mindset: Able to develop training, facilitate knowledge sharing and coach colleagues while promoting consistent standards and compliance.
