Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the dining experience.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and serve food accurately.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards throughout the outlet.
- Follow food safety procedures and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Support inventory management, stock checks, and receiving of deliveries.
- Replenish ingredients, supplies, and operational materials as required.
- Perform outlet opening and closing duties according to company procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries and escalate complaints or operational concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Available to start work on short notice.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
- Part-time positions' requirements: Minimum 2 days/week, 3hrs/day.
