Talent Acquisition Executive (Global Fashion Reputation, 1 Year Contract)

Job responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.

• Work closely with retail operations and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.

• Coordinate recruitment for full-time, part-time, and temporary retail staff across multiple stores.

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, and other recruitment channels to meet hiring needs.

• Prepare employment documentation and onboarding materials for new hires.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update vacancy reports to track hiring progress.

• Coordinate onboarding arrangements and provide support for other HR-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.

• Experience in retail recruitment or high-volume hiring would be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
