Retail Assistant – Luxury Goods Store

Eco Ring Singapore specialises in secondhand luxury goods. We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Assistant to support our store and online sales. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Salary package

• During the first four months of probation: S$2,700 per month.

• After completing probation, before passing the appraisal test: S$3,000 per month.

• After completing probation and passing the appraisal test: S$3,500 per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with purchases of pre-owned luxury items.

• Handle cashiering and daily sales transactions.

• Maintain store displays and present merchandise neatly.

• Upload product listings with photos and descriptions.

• Pack and prepare sold items for delivery or collection.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training is provided.

• Responsible, friendly and approachable, with a strong customer service attitude.

• Able to work well in a team and willing to learn.

• Interest in fashion and pre-owned luxury items.

• Basic computer skills, including Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

• Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
