Home Organising Specialist

Job Summary

You will deliver professional home organisation services, transforming client residences by optimizing space, enhancing aesthetics, and improving lifestyle quality through expert decluttering, wardrobe management, and custom storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site residential organizing and decluttering services to enhance client living spaces
• Manage wardrobes, organize kitchens, and sort household items to enable efficient categorization
• Design and implement customized space optimization and storage solutions tailored to client needs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism during all home visits
• Communicate clearly with clients to assess their requirements and develop personalized organisation plans
• Independently manage on-site appointments to ensure timely and professional service delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate prior experience in domestic organization, high-end household services, or professional home organizing
• Hold professional home organizing training certifications from Japan or China (preferred but not mandatory)
• Apply strong attention to detail with a refined sense of aesthetics and spatial arrangement
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and understand client needs
