Program Manager - PROJECT MANAGER, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Key Responsibilities
Define program delivery plans and drive execution in alignment with business strategy and technology roadmaps across Singapore and regional teams.
Obtain senior management and stakeholder buy-in for program plans, priorities, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and audit functions to ensure alignment and successful program delivery.
Develop and maintain program documentation, including delivery plans, risk assessments, status reports, and governance materials.
Identify delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and challenges, and drive timely resolution.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and achievement of business case objectives and expected benefits.
Prepare and present program updates, milestones, risks, and key decisions to senior management and Steering Committees.
Organise governance meetings, prepare agendas and presentation materials, and maintain meeting minutes and action trackers.
Requirements / Qualifications
8–12 years of relevant experience in program management, project delivery, or technology transformation.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong understanding of technology program management methodologies, governance, risk management, and delivery planning.
Ability to translate technical concepts into strategic insights for senior management and business stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data and metrics to support decision-making.
